A 15% gratuity for your chauffeur is appreciated but not required. Corporate accounts may include gratuity in monthly billing.
Full refund with 24 hours or more notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50%. No-shows are charged in full.

Corporate accounts receive monthly consolidated statements for streamlined expense reporting.
Forward-facing and booster seats are available with 48 hours advance notice.
